Alexandra Beaton is a Canadian actress born in Toronto, best known for playing Emily on the teen drama series The Next Step. She began performing as a child, with her early role in the 2006 film 300, and later starred in the Lifetime TV movie The Cheerleader Escort and the Syfy film Bring It On: Cheer or Die. She has also appeared in the films Luckiest Girl Alive and Single All the Way, and plays Elyse Russo in the Netflix series Finding Her Edge.
