Η Ελένη Γερασιμίδου είναι ελληνίδα ηθοποιός και πολιτικός. Γεννήθηκε στη Θεσσαλονίκη στις 11/12/1949 όπου και τελείωσε τη Σχολή Θεάτρου του Ζίζου Χαρατσάρη το 1973. Αδερφή της ήταν η επίσης ηθοποιός Νατάσα Γερασιμίδου.Είναι παντρεμένη με τον επίσης ηθοποιό Αντώνη Ξένο. Στις εκλογές του Μαΐου και του Ιουνίου του 2012 καθώς και του Ιανουαρίου του 2015, εξελέγη βουλευτής με το ΚΚΕ στην εκλογική περιφέρεια της Β' Θεσσαλονίκης.
