Vladimir Markoni was born and raised in Kirov. Markoni is the pseudonym of Vladimir, his real name is Volkovyskiy. Vladimir has an older brother, Yaroslav, with whom they went to a music school and spent most of their time together, being best friends. As a child, the future showman was engaged in an amateur group, in adolescence he learned to play the guitar. After graduating from school, the young man received a diploma in agronomist at the Vyatka State Agricultural Academy. While studying at the University, Markoni began to play KVN.
